Cecil's Story
Life
Cecil Flex Bradley resides in Tallahassee, Florida. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from Withrow High in 1972, he attended and received both BA from Gallaudet University in 1977 and MA from New York University in 1980. He held several managerial jobs in Indiana and Ohio and also served as adjunct instructor at 4 different colleges/universities before moving to Florida in 1990. rt-time instructor at 2 colleges/universities in North Florida and South Georgia. He currently teaches an online course for a South Georgia university. He received PhD from Florida State University in 2006. In 2007, he coordinated a summer training program for new rehabilitation counselors at the University of Tennessee, and will return to coordinate the Summer 2009 training. He is married to Suzanne (Rondeau) since 1980 and both have a daughter in college and furkids at home (a dog and 3 cats).
