Cecilia's Story
Life
I moved to Austin in 2000 to attend the Univesrity of Texas at Austin for college. I earned a bachelor's degree in social work and gave the commencement address at my college graduation. I love Austin. I've met some wonderful people in this wonderful city, and have made friends who are like family to me. My current job has me tied to Austin for a few more months, but being away from my family is rough so I am relocating to the D...Expand for more
allas area in July 2009 and will commute 2-3 days per week. I will be starting a program in mental disability law at New York law school in the fall and so my family and I will be traveling between Dallas and NY for the next 18 months. In addition, my partner and I plan to break ground on a yoga studio at the end of the summer! Lots of hard work and exciting changes headed our way and I couldn't be happier!
