Celeste's Story
Married in 1970 to Terry Parker (DDHS class of ’65, still married). No children, just cat-kids over the last many years. Moved to Gresham in 1972, still live in the same home.
Work history in brief: Over a period of 43 years since high school, I’ve worked in store signage, graphic arts/print advertising and publishing. I’ve purchased, installed and administered a graphics production system (self-taught in technology) and managed a team of up to 30 staff members. financial communication, direct marketing, print/fulfillment and project management.
I’m a “maker” - I’ve always been interested in creating and designing - paper-crafting, painting with acrylics, oils, sewing, building things, home improvement/remodeling, interior design and décor. Since retirement in 2010, I spend a lot of my time in my arts and crafts studio.
We have done very little traveling but our plan is to buy a travel trailer or RV and hit the road and see the country.
