Celeste's Story
School
I was quiet and "picked on" by most boys. I obviously did not act as I was expected to act. In the tenth grade I switched from private school to public school and liked public school much better. I found a group of nice girls that liked to go out on the weekends. Eleventh grade was the best year of my school career! Most of my friends were seniors that year and graduated.
College
When I first went to college I was scared about not knowing anybody and I thought that the only way to make friends was to join a sorority. Unfortunately the one that chose me w...Expand for more
as the smallest sorority on campus. I couldn't memorize all the stuff they wanted me to, so I resigned before I got my pin. My senior year was my best year ever! I had a large group of nice friends that liked to party on the weekends (and the weekend always started on Thursday night). I was a popular disc jockey on the campus radio station.
Workplace
Many places and many things. From working at a clothing warehouse in Dallas to working at a TV station in Albuquerque, to teaching Home Economics in Santa Fe. I've been a medical lab technologist for over 10 years.
