Celeste's Story
Life
After high school I went to college and graduated with a teaching degree. I got married my junior year and was married for 16 years, am now divorced.
I returned to the H-E-B area in 1969 to teach, first in Jr. High, then at L. D. Bell for two years. I took a leave of absence to finish my masters degree in history at UTA (1976). I did not return to teaching until after my divorce, when I taught for five years at Richland High. For the past 12 years I substitute taught in H-E-B and placed/supervised exchange students from all over the world.

graduated from L. D. Bell in 1995 and from UNT in 2003, he married in August of 2003; he and his wife are both fashion designers in New York City. They have no children yet.
I have taken some time off to rest this year, visited my son in Oct of 2003 in NY City, and hope to have time to visit my son again this fall. I love to travel and work on genealogy and hope to return to Europe soon to do both. I have traveled to Europe many times and have friends and relatives there, as well as former exchange students, with whom I like to visit when I travel.
