Chaelyn's Story
Life
I was born and raised in Riverside, California. I am the eldest of seven children.I graduated from Ramona High School in 1988... long live the Pnorks! I went to several colleges to include University of California at Riverside, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Cal State University San Bernandino, but never received a degree. I married in 1993 and had my son Thomas in 1994. After working retail and in a records office...Expand for more
at an Arizona prison, I decided to go back to school and get that degree! I enrolled at The University of Arizona, South Campus and four years later I earned a BA in Extended English and Education. I started teaching English at Douglas High School in 2000 and worked there for four years. After the birth of my daughter Emmalee, I changed teaching jobs - currently I am working at Valley Union High School in Elfrida.
