Chanetta's Story

Never intending to have any children but God blessed me and I am still enjoying the blessings. I was lead through various circumstances and prayer to homeschool my children. ld my husband we needed bees to pollinate. I took a class and eventually found a passion of working with these insects?!! Yes, I have been stung and so have my children, but when they were in college and they needed to write a paper they were all able to fall back on beekeeping. and their various adventures with the bees and their mom. I sell honey, Bee Lady Honey, at farmers markets in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Puyallup. I love the people and beeing creative with the byproducts of bees. I am presently working as a swim instructor at the new Gig Harbor YMCA.. just untl the farmer markets start up again. It has been fun. Life has definitely been full, challenging and enjoyable. God has been good to my family and me.
