Charlene's Story

Workplace I graduated from Villa Julie in the medical secretary curriculum. Then worked for Dr. McKay in Catonsville for five years. Married highschool sweetheart George Frizzell in 1971 then worked for Commercial Credit Home Office downtown as executive secretary to VP Marketing. Returned to college in 1973 for nursing. Graduated in 1975 and worked at Sinai Hospital for seven years. Divorced in 1980 (no kids)...Expand for more
. Married Peter Van Hoy in 1982 whom I met at Sinai and left Baltimore. Lived in Detroit, Michigan for one year and Charleston, SC. for three years then moved to Birmingham, AL and became a stay at home mom after my second child was born. In1995 returned to work helping my husband start his own practice and did everything from answer phones to OR nurse. Now retired for good with one precious granddaughter!
