Charlene's Story
Hello everyone. When I graduated from Central, I was dating a guy from Kosciusko, Ms, Dan Miller. Unknowing to me, 4 months later he would ask me to marry him. So on Dec. 20, 1968 we got married. We lived in Jackson a few years where our son, Scott, was born on July 13,1972. But in Dec. of 1976, Dan was transferred to Memphis, TN and that is were we are today. We also have a daughter, Dianne, who lives in Cumming,GA with her husband, Kirk Barkley. They are now expecting their first baby, a girl, Jan. 14, 2010. Scott and his wife, Leah, have our only grandchild(at the moment), Rider who is 4. They moved to Nashville from Chandler,AZ. We are so greatful for th...Expand for more
at. Up until now, we could only see them 1 or 2 times a year. But now, we see them almost every weekend. He now spends the week with us. God has been good to Dan and me over the past 41 years. He's taken very good care of us and blessed us with 2 great kids and a wonderful grandson. I hope each of you have been equally blessed.

My daughter and her husband now have their little blessing, Bria Keegan Barkley, born 1-15-10, and weighed 7lbs and was 20". She is my little sweet pea. I haven't seen her since Jan.24, that's because I stayed a week there to try and help. Dianne tells me she has really changed since then. I can hardly wait to see her again
