Thirty years sounds like a great amount of time, but it seems to have born wings and flew by. Important notes are that I have been married to a wonderful husband for 29 years. We have five great kids who are between 26 and 15 years of age (four daughters, one son, two sons-in-law, and two nearly perfect grandchildren). I went back to school after my last daughter was born and studied architecture. I worked for seven years for a local firm (Bakersfield) which merged with a firm in LA, (I Briefly worked on a couple of projects out of the Riverside office, one at Bloomington High and another at Colton High), which then merged with a firm out of Chicago-Detroit. I was able to take a six month semi-sabbatical when I left that firm. I have been working happily for two years with a great local engineering firm and we work primarily in hydrology.
