Some of you have checked in and wondered- What about the Dowagiac connection? Known as Allen Churchill, I spent the first 12 years of my life with Dowagiac as my home. I attended Sister Lakes, Gregory, Lincoln, Mckinley and 7th grad was spent at the Jr. High. I have fond childhood memories of Dowagiac. I realize very few people I would have graduated with finished in the system. Many people I visit through Classmates, I remember as kids and never knew as teens or adults. Andy is now in Iraq. He just completed his first mission and is doing well. Matt has reduced his class load and increased his work hours. He will graduate GRCC after completing some labs and misc course studies. Tammy and I are enjoying this stage of our life. It is good to enjoy this time before grandkids come along and we enter a new phase as many of you have! More another time. I will visit SMC and the late seventies next time. Long live Robbie the Rhino! Life Update, July 27, 2007 Andy was home on leave a couple weeks ago. He has been stationed in HI and will be training in CA before being deployed to Iraq late this year. Matt has moved to Grand Rapids and transfered to GRCC. He has an apartment, a part time job and is nearing completion of his studies in music tech and social work. Tammy rec'd her certification for 6 sigma blackbelt. She will present her project in the fall and has moved laterally in the company to perform training and direct projects for DMI, formerly HLI, formall CMI!
