Charles's Story
Life
Now live on the tropical paradise island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Life is good. [update oct '08 - now live in China, life still good :-) ]
But before that...
Took the 3-school, 3-major, 8-yr college program and graduated in 1990. Spun my heals in Tampa (almost getting married in the process) until May 1994 when I decided I had had enough and moved to Moscow. No job. One way ticket. Place to stay for 2 weeks. Had forgotten all the Russian I had learned 4 years prior. Yee-haw! Soon began teaching English to the locals until 1996 when I again decide...Expand for more
d to pick up and move, this time to beautiful Tallinn, Estonia. At the time, truly a secret treasure in Europe. Moved to Budapest briefly in 2002 before returning to the States for a job. My home this time was Washington DC until Aug 2003 when I moved back to Estonia. As my work is over the Internet, I can work from anywhere with high speed Internet and I prefer working overseas. Four years later I got that itch again and said "nagemist" to friends and girlfriend and moved to Thailand. The hell with that northern Europe climate, give me year-around HEAT.
