Jeff's Story
Life
Nothing significant to report here funseekers...I've been in the Air Force for almost 20 years and I'm divorced (2-times) with no children. I'm proud that I've managed to avoid ending up on Jerry Springer or getting booted from the Air Force in all that time! :-) An accomplishment I'm really proud of! Currently, I'm living in North Dakota, and I have been for about 6 months. Except for my plans on going to Iraq for a 6 month stint starting in late Oct 08, this is my final duty assignment, as I plan on retiring in early 2010 and move on to my next career..WALMART greeter! :-)
School
Can't remember my # 1 crush...there were so many of them and I'm trying to avoid: 1) Getting my A$$ kicked from a jealous huband & 2) Giving one of my fellow classmates a "big head". :-) As for teachers, my BOCES teacher who taught "Electronics" was my biggest inspiration. He persuaded me to join the Air Force, a decision I'm still proud of today! Most of my best memories involve hanging around those other damn Johnson boys (Chris & Albert), Walter Kellam, & of course Chris Hallstead!
College
Again..boring blah, blah, blah.....I've got 2 associates (one from Air Force), but I did them after work going to night school.
Workplace
My Career facts: Don't fall asleep yet...I'll get interesting once you get to the "military" Portion of my bio. I joined the Air Force in Nov 88 righ...Expand for more
t after graduation, and I've been doing it ever since. I came in to work on Emergency Generators & Power Plants. (Diesel-engine driven type). So I'm kind of a mixture Deisel Engine Mechanic / Electrician. Now I'm currently a Senior Master Sargent (E-8), and I've since given back my tool-box to get a computer and a desk. &$#$#*$% supervisor stuff. I've got 140+ men/women working for me now, and it keeps me busy since most of them are 25 years old or younger. (talking about making me feel old!)
Military
Now the good stuff! Here's a quick RECAP of my last 20 years!

In addition to these "Assignments" across the world, I've been on the following deployments:
Turkey - 4 Months
Kuwait - 8 Months (2 separate deployments)
Oman - 4 Months
U.A.E. United Arab Emigrates - 4 months
Italy - 6 Months
Kyrgyzstan - 4 Months
Qatar: 6 Months
Look at all these moves & deployments! No wonder I've divorced! :-)
Anyway, shoot me a message...I'll be more than happy to get laszy and take 2-3 months to reply! (Sorry, but when you sit on your fat a$$ like me for 12 hours a day answering e-mails, it kind of looses it's appeal when I get home. Take care....Jeff
