Charles's Story
Did not marry the high school sweetheart I went to KY. for... found no work in 1971. The year of the "Last person to leave Seattle... turn out the lights" billboard.. Shoulda, woulda, coulda... Marine Corp (Air Traffic Controller). Went to Santa Ana College (Art) then Bellevue College (Business). Two wonderful children and a great grandson....Expand for more
Remarried to a wonderful Issaquah graduate (and EWU), 21 years now. Wound up with 4 children. Owned a few businesses, one Hot Rod shop. Still build cars to this day. 3 Projects in the garage currently. I have worked at Boeing for the last 31 years and I am getting ready to retire in the next few... probably in Kentucky above Nashville, TN.
