Charles's Story
Charles is living with his Family in Red Bluff. He has been a Quad. for 25 years following brain surgery in 1988 for an AVM in his brain the size of a lemon. He had 72 hours of surgery in 2 weeks-a fever of 109 and got Meningitis. He went into a coma for almost 4 years and on Mothers Day of 1992 he woke up. l abilities. He has feeling all over but is confined to a wheelchair. Chuck is a miracle-God is good!!!! He lives with his Mom and Step-Dad-Rick & Jeni Gumm. His sister Denette-Richardson-Will- lives in Cottonwood with her husband Geoff. They have 2 sons Cody-22 and Jared 19. We try to go to every reunion-Chuck has went to them all.
