Charles's Story

Graduate of Sacramento State, 1987 and the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco, 1997. I met my wife and life partner, Doaa, at school in 1983, and we were married in 1992. We bought our first home in Orinda (East Bay SF). Our twins Aidan and Amelia born in March 2002. I founded my company, Epicurean Exchange, in 1998. Work...Expand for more
ing as a chef instructor and foods and wellness educator. I teach cooking classes and foods and lifestyle consultant for corporations, hospitals, families and individuals with special needs. My spare time is spent with my family: school, sports, traveling, swim team and spending quality time with family and friends. Life is Good!
