Charles's Story
I graduated from Elkhart High in 63 and joined the Navy. I Spent 27 years in the Navy and retired from the Navy in 1990. When back to school at the U of Kansas and got a degree in Social work. received my Masters from The U of Washington. I did private practice for a few years then went to work for the Army...Expand for more
as a Substance abuse counselor in Germany and then a director of a clinic in Belgium. Then 10 years ago became the Director of the Navy Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation Program. I have 50 clinic around the world that I direct. I plan on retiring in a couple of years. when is the reunion this year?
