Charles's Story
Charles is not from Vancouver, British Columbia, as previously reported, although that's not a bad idea. He is now living in Frisco, Texas with his wife Kristien and our two youngest children, who are still attending college. Charles's schools include North Miami Senior High School. ed in Russian Area Studies. Charles worked for 28 years for the U.S. Federal Government in the Department of Veterans Affairs. He also served for 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserve. He is now retired from both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Federal Government. He is active in the Frisco Mayor's Veterans Advisory Committee and the American Legion.
