More about Charles:"Currently, I am the COMPSTAT administrator and trainer in the Fulton County Sheriff's Office. I am also a protective measures consultant for various dignitaries, churches and special events.
From 1999-2007, I served in key executive roles with the International Brotherhood of Police Officers to include: Chief Steward, three terms as local president of the Sheriff's Deputies union, two terms on the national board of directors and finally elected as a national vice president. Interacting with various levels of local, state and federal elected officials, I addressed and advised on public safety policy legislation and initiatives.
During the tragic Fulton County Courthouse shooting in 2005, I was the most trusted and reliable voice of competence appearing on MSNBC, Geraldo Live, CNN and all local news. I am also a former candidate for Fulton County Sheriff.".
