Charles's Story
Hello all:
From the time we all graduated to June 92', I was enlisted in the United States Airforce. During this time, I was assigned to Clark Airforce Base, Republic of the Phillippines and Davis-Monthan Airforce Base, Tucson, AZ. My primary job assignment was as a Law Enforcement Specialist Military Working Dog Handler, Narcotic and Explosive Detection. Upon discharge from the active duty military, I returned to South Windsor.
In Nov 93' I enlisted back into the Airforce Reserves as a Law Enforcement Specialist and was assigned to Westover Airforce Base in Chicoppee MA, In August 94' I applied and entered the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections and was assigned to Somer Prison in Enfield, CT.

s. I was assigned to FCI Danbury and that is where I planned to stay. In December 2000, I left the Airforce Reserves and transfered to the Navy Reserves as a Master-at-Arms (Navy Police) and was assigned to Subase Groton, CT.
In September 2001, I was involuntarily actived into active duty based on the actions of September 11, 2001. During this time, I worked as a Training Officer in Law Enforcement, Base Security and Physical Security at the Subase in Groton, CT. While in the Active Duty Military, I applied for a Job with TSA/DHS and was picked up after being released from active duty. My first assignment with TSA/DHS was out of New York where I worked from July 02' till May 06'. I then transfered to and currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area. I also retired from the US Navy Reserves in Feb 06' with 20 years of service.
