Charlie's Story
The condensed version... 20 yrs military, Infantry MOS, entered 1980 and retired 2000 as a First Sergeant. 2001 took a job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a 1 year contract training the Saudi Arabian National Guard in war fighting techniques (what a joke). Fled Riyadh to Dubai, U.A.E. on the first plane smokin out of Riyadh at the 1 year and 1 second mark. Have been in Dubai ever since. Fantastic city, that the rest of the world could learn alot from. Became the Regional Director of HR for Maersk Line and was responsible for employees and offices in 22 countries in the Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent, and the Horn of Africa. Started my HR Consultancy company that we closed in 2009. Jo and I (2007-2010) lived in Bangalore India within a Golf Course Gated Community. We played daily and are in semi-retirement...Currently Josephine and I live in Tucson Az (2010 to present)
