Charlotte Moore:  

Life Went to Santa Barbara, Ca to attend UCSB after leaving Sonoma, and lived there until 2003. Worked as a cosmetologist for 13 years specializing in haircuts and chemical services; artistic director of a premier salon for 3 years. Played around in amateur theater during the '70's and after retirement from cosmetology worked two seasons for the Santa Barbara Civic Light Opera as key hair and makeup in early '90's. Married 26 years as of 2007; 1 daughter (deceased at age 26), 4 stepdaughters, (30--35); 8 grandchildren (1 1/2--20), two of which we have reared since babyhood, now 16 and 17 years old and juniors in high school. Lived in Solvang first 10 years of our marriage where Jess had his CPA practice and Carpinteria as well as Santa Barbara proper. While in Solvang I studied oil painting and developed a love for painting plein air landscapes.
