Charon's Story
For the past 25 years I have run a non-profit community based organization I started back on the Yankton Sioux Reservation in South Dakota. If you google my name as it is now, Charon Asetoyer you will see what I have been up to over the years. Some of you may of known that I am Native American a member of the Comanche Tribe of Oklahoma. I met my late husband while attending the University of South Dakota. After I completed my Masters we moved to his reservation. Anyway google is the best way to check out what I have done with my life after leaving Santa Clara. There is a huge world out there beyond California as hard as that may seem to except.

P.S. Changed the photo October 2019. For those that are interested in Native American issues I spent the past 10 years involved in making a documentary film about the sterilization abuses committed by the US Government against Native American women during the 60' and 70's. I am the Executive Producer of the film "Ama" which is the Navajo word for Mother. Just released by Bullfrog Films. 11/19
