Chelsea is from Conifer, Colorado. She is married with John Dibble. Her schools include Benton High School. She later attended University of Colorado Boulder (Music, Creative Writing). She works(ed) at Chelsea Dibble Music Studio, Music Lessons of Westminster, JJ Madwells.
