Cheree's Story
After graduation I moved to Albuquerque where I lived until 2001 with a 5 year stint in Southern California in the eighties. During my time in Albuquerque I was married from 1978-1992 and had two beautiful girls, Christen and Ashley. I attended technical school and obtained an associates degree in electronics which has served me well. From 1998 to 2001 I worked in Santa Fe for the New Mexico Courts Information Technology Department as a Systems Analyst and Unix Systems Administrator. In the summer of 2001, I quit my job in Santa Fe and did some traveling around to see old friends, even came to Wichita Falls to see my best friend from high school, Dana Parrie. In November 2001, I landed a job in Sacramento at US District Court IT Department working as a Unix Systems Administrator.

April 2014: After almost 13 years in the IT department I decided in the summer of 2013 to retire early from my federal court job and start a new adventure. I obtained my real estate license the end of 2007 and now that the real estate market is back I'm gearing up to go full speed into real estate this summer and eventually get my Broker's license. My daughters live in the greater Sacramento area and I have three beautiful grand babies. I feel very fortunate to have the luxury of spending time with them on a daily basis.
Looking back at my high school years I was a total misfit having very few friends but the ones I had were good ones. Today, I am still the same person I've always been and still friends with my best friend in high school. Life has had its ups and downs but I can't complain.
