Life Hi. I'm already a member, but re-submitted membership because there was a glitch in getting into the site. I'm married to Jim, have four children, the last of which graduated from HS in May, 2007. We have 1 boy and 3 girls. We also have (now 12 !) grandchildren, all of which are smart and cute, of course. We live on 10 acres, in Colorado, have chickens, a goat, and barn cats. (We had to get rid of two donkeys last year because of drought. Darn! They were cute, and were great natural garbage disposals!) I'm still accompanying. I no longer play for the choirs at Florence HS, am now playing for the Fremont [County] Civic Choir, and accompany lots of kids for solo-ensemble festivals. One supreme treat 3 years ago was to accompany my daughter for her Sophomore Recital at the university. Since then, we also played for a benefit concert at Fremont Center for the Arts. At that performance I was priviledged to accompany a national award-winning baritone also, whom we knew since he was in the eighth grade! (That was a mind-blower!) I also have played the organ for our church for quite a few years. Quit organ and violin temporarily due to hand injuries. Played piano with 9 fingers for a few months. Still average about 3-4 programs a semester. I actually attended nursing school a lot of years ago, and worked in that field until the demands of motherhood became too great. I LOVE most active sports, but can't participate any more 'cause I guess I'm just fal...Expand for more
