Cheri's Story
Well ok my life as those who knew me was centered around competitive roller skating...and no not a roller derby contest. Ricky Castrejana and I skated from the time we were sophmores to age 21. We were US Champions twice in International Freestyle Dance. From there I also worked 1/2 a day through HOCT in my Senior year as my interest was in Nursing. Now 33 years later I have continued by getting certified as a nurses aide, then going to a vocational nursing school to get my license in being a LVN, then I went to UT Health Science Center School of Professional Nursing and got my RN BSN, then 2 years of Medical school ...Expand for more
at the Health Science Center then I got the hell out of school!!! I have had a wonderful experience in my 31 years of Nursing. I am an American Red Cross Nurse and have been published in the Medical Forensic Journal of Medicine. Blah-Blah-Blah.........Unfortunatly I was almost married, but it did not happen. I have only a daughter that is with 4 legs and can run an agility couse like no other Sheltie. I have lost my parents and 6 other immediate family members over the last 21 months.I have one older brother left and a 100 year old grandmother...that is it. So enough about me. That is my life so far. Peace to all
