Life
Following graduation I attended The Washington School for Secretaries. I was a secretary after completing the Data Entry Program. I got my first apartment soon after getting my first job, following completion of the 6 months at W.S.S. 4 yrs. later I got married. 8 yrs. later I remarried and had a baby girl the next year. I bought a house 3 yrs. after that and moved into my new house in April 2000 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I also have 2 step children from my current marriage. A sixteen yr. old boy and a 12 yr. girl. I have also been employed at the same job for the last 13 yrs. at AARP. Well, it has been 5 years since I have updated my Bio. months, until I came across the current job I am in now. I work for the company called Unique Binders where I am a Quality Control Inspector. I Inspect U.S. postage stamps. I really love this job! I have always been a detail person, and this job is right up my alley! I also get the privilage of getting a look at stamps months before they get introduced into the post offices. What ah honor it is to get the chance to see the newest stamps, while inspecting them at the same time. This is by far the most interesting and fulfilling job I have had yet! I almost forgot to say my travel commute has decreased from 1 1/2 hours to only 25-30 minutes from my house. Less travel time has allowed me to have more quality time closer to my house! I am so proud of my 8 year old. She has passed the 2nd grade and going into the 3rd grade.
