Cheryl's Story
Hi Fellow Spartans!
I graduated from CSUSB and taught for a number of years, 2nd - 8th grade in Yucaipa and Redlands. I married a fellow teacher and we had three children. I taught part time then quit to be a full time mom. Currently I run an apple farm in Oak Glen, Willowbrook Apple Farm. My husband passed away in December. My farm is just a few acres next to Rileys. The farm is open weekends from August until Thanksgiving weekend. I do some preschool tours on Thurs and Fridays but mostly I offer U Pick ras...Expand for more
pberries and blackberries in August and U Press Cider in Sept. through Nov. U Pick apples begin in October.I live in an old farm house amongst 100 year old apple trees and a number of farm animals. I have a tiny gift shop which keeps me entertained. My oldest son graduated from Northern Arizona Univ., my daughter is a junior at UC Santa Barbara and my youngest is a junior at Citrus Valley HS in Redlands. So if you are ever passing through Oak Glen in the fall, stop by my little farm and say hi so we can catch up.
