Cheryl's Story
We live on Gulf coast & have our own Appliance Repair business. Love to go fishing on beach.
I always wanted to be a kindergarten teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
My current age is 52. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be travelin to outer space on a daily basis. I was so completely Wrong.
My best friend would tell you I'm hilarious & crazy, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as shy.
I share my home with my sister Annie, which I find one of my best friends.
I will never forget The Flutophone Band we started with Mr. Mitchell in the old wood-frame building at Bray Elementary. Also going to Deuback's skating rink for Money Scramble every Saturday night

vorite way to relax would be to go out to the beach, about a mile from my house & sit & watch the waves roll in & listen to the surf.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my husband Arthur, because he was my best friend & I miss him.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the garage and add on a a game room. My dream home would be a house on the beach.
There are soo many memories; walking up & down the big hill in Kingswood selling cookbooks for Girl scouts; the Halloween haunted house in Jim Coley's basement; sledding down Suicide Hill in Kingswood; walking through Greyhound woods next to my house; our Flutaphone band (we really sucked) with Mr. Mitchell; playing baseball on Tower 'till the lights came on; babysitting; hanging out in Meloney Case's "barn".
