Cheryl's Story
Life
I currently live in Southern California, near LA, with my husband of 27 years, Randy Miller and our son Ryan who is 21 years old. I have taught Special Education in four states: Ohio, Florida, Texas and California. I now teach at Walnut High School in Walnut, CA. I also have been a track coach (remember my dad) and a cheerleading advisor. My father Pat McMillin(teacher and coach at WYHS) died suddenly in February of 1992, my mom still lives in Columbus. I met my husband at Miami University, during my senior year. He is a perfusionist, which means he runs the bypass machine during open heart surgery.
Our son, Ryan, is now a Senior at Arizonia State. We have an English Springer Spaniel, "Rudy" who is very spoiled. We also have a cat, Rootbeer, who runs the show.
I will not be able to make it to this year's reunion. We begin our school year August 27. I have meeting the week before.
