Cheryl's Story
Life
I am married and have 5 children and 9 grandchildren and 2 more on the way. I work as a Kitchen Designer at Home Depot in Lapeer Mi.
I like to hunt fish and scrapebook and be with friends and family.
My happiest times is when all my children and grandchildren are together for a happening as my father-in-law would call it. Family is a big part of my life. I watch my grandchildren when I am not working for any one of the kids that needs me to. I have recently returned home from Africa and Europe. In Africa we went to Zimbabwe this time and we are able to see Victoria Falls. In my previous trip to Africa I was in South Africa in which we hunted for several days and I also spent 2 days in Kruger Park where I saw 6 of the 7 most dangerous animals in all the world. y and to also visit my exchange daughter in Germany and my exchange son in Denmark. My son flew over to attend the wedding with me and then went on to Denmark to see his only brother (exchange that is).
My son one of the children expecting and this is his first child so we are very excited for him as he will be a great father. My youngest daughter is also expecting and we are excited for them as well, this will be her second. My other 2 daughters have 3 children each and are all older children. My middle daughter has 2 girls in which she was killed in a car accident in 2002 when they were 4 & 5 and has been very difficult for them and us as well. Things happen for a reason so we just have to continue on our journey although you never forget or never stop hurting you still have to press forward.
