Cheryl's Story
I was born in Tacoma, Washington, married and moved to Michigan in 1966, with hubby and 2 children. He retired from Ford Motor in 1996 after 30 years, and by then, 3 children. We moved to West Virginia in 1997. Most everyone knows i am adopted, about 2 years ago, i decided to search. I found my real brother, who lives in Burien, and another 1/2 brother who lives in Colorado. We also have a 1/2 sister in California, I was fortunate enuf to go last year to meet these 2, with my real brother and his wife. We have 3 children, and 12 (extended) family, grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren from extended family, our oldest son married a woman with 6 children and 4 grandchildr...Expand for more
en. Of course, they are ours too, just newer. We had 6 of our own grandchildren before he married her, lol. in fact, our oldest grandchild, just got her license, look out michigan. One of those grandchildren is "step" too. Doesnt take long for families to grow.
I work for Chase Bank, as a teller. He is retired, we have a campground that is open from april to oct. in WHITEWATER RAFTING COUNTRY. We are 4 miles from the New River Gorge Bridge where they jump off bridge, LEGALLY, once a year. We are in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Closest state i have seen to Washington, except they have HILLS and call them mountains, they need to see Washington.
