6 I started my own company- Meyers School of Real Estate. I conduct training seminars for commercial real estate agents in about 27 cities, in 7 states. I teach them how to value and compute yields on investment real estate.
I have been married for over 20 years, and my one and only child, my son, was born on my 50th birthday. So I will have a college freshman in the fall on 2014. Kinda did my life backwards, but would not change a thing.
One of Chip's favorite quotes is:"George Patton: "Compared to war, all other forms of human endeavor shrink to insignificance."".
