Wow, where to start... Moved off to college (Clarkson) partied hearty and got my civil engineering degree. Met my bride senior year and took my first job in NH for the Dept. of Transportation. After being "stalked" by Peggy for a year I gave in and got married in 8/77. Honeymooned in NH. Received a National Highway Institute fellowship for graduate school in '78 (back to Clarkson)and continued to party with my bride (still got 85% of my salary!). Returned to NH and built a house in the woods while son no.1 (Jon)arrived. Took my first consulting firm job and got promoted to VP too darn fast. Opened an office for a competitor and had a great team of 24 doing great work until the crash of '89. Coached ice hockey before and after my boys arrived. Ended up doing it for 20 years. played until I turned 40 (goalies get slow with age!!) The company was taken over (less than friendly), lost my friend and mentor Stan in 90 and decided it was time for change. Peg's Aussie brother and family came to states for a year so a move to Syracuse made sense for career and family. Inherited a dysfunctional office of 20 and re-engineered it to success.
