Chris's Story
Story? Everybody has one...
Short version:
Left home, saw a good part of the world while wearing combat boots. Glad I did it, glad it's done. I am especially fond of my time in Germany.
After that, worked, kept going to school, spent some time back home. About the time I was remembering why I left, I had a decision to make. Move to Texas or loose my eventual wife forever.
I moved to Texas.
I have a great family and good life. Good friends and family now are spread across the country. TX is ok. No snow, warm weather, those refreshing evening breezes....
There is even hockey here. And Shiner beer.

al device company. I spend my days building databases/systems for a Biometrics team in clinical research. The wife does accredited education for nurses and is working on becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. We keep pretty busy! I Wish we lived in Austin instead of San Antonio, but...
Both daughters are near the end of their HS careers. After the nest is empty the call of the gypsy will likely win out again.
The view from the road less traveled has been great! Wouldn't change a thing.
