Chris's Story
Life
Post high school, life's been fantastic. The last nine years of my life have been filled with so many interesting things. Seeing the world, meeting new people and learning the many sides of me. Currently, I'm working as a Senior Travel Consulant with Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Been there almost 10 years and still can't believe it. Since I've outgrown the expectation of becoming something I'm not, I've decided to return to Indiana University in the fall of this year to major in the career I truly love, journalism. This all came to be when writing music reviews for various companies and also songwriting. Since that never took off (I still have hope), it opened up this new door of opportunity. I have it made up in my mind that I can do anything as long as there's a challenge. Nothing can stop me now because I'm on a roll. Don't be suprised if you see me on Television doing MTV News or as a correspondent to CNN. LMAO! Enough about me, just feel free to ema...Expand for more
il me if you ever want to talk. For those that are reading this, next year is the reunion and I would love to get together with those involved so we can have a bash that others can envy! Class of 1996 is the best...don't you forget!
School
Oh damn! I don't think I want to relive high school. That was an experience in itself. I don't like being negative, so those negative thoughts of people who didn't like me will take a backseat. Some of the fun times I had was sitting back and watch others act complete asses. To this day I still laugh about Mrs. Gresham. The hell they put that woman through (you know who you are)I'm surprised she lasted a year. Lord those folks drove that poor woman to teaching in Shelby County. Mr. Newton was another one. I swear to god there wasn't a day that went by when I wasn't laughing at him. Walking down the hall, gettin' loud with students. It was just comedy. These are just few of many moments that just remain bittersweet.
