Chris's Story

After High School I went to Suffolk Community College and then Stony Brook, while working full time in the construction field as a carpenter. In 2000 I began working for Petrocelli Contracting where I was a carpenter, and later I supervised construction projects. In 2006, I started my own construction business which I still own and operate today. I was in a band for about three years back in 1994 to 1997 playing guitar and keyboards. We played Van Halen, Rush, STP, etc...plus some originals. We did a lot of shows in bars on the island, and a couple of showcases in the city. I still play, and recently built and soundproofed a recording studio in my home. I reco...Expand for more
rd original music there, playing everything myself. I haven't played with a band in years, but intend to someday. I met my wife, Lori, about 8 years ago. I knew she was perfect for me the day I met her. She is a teacher in a junior high school that is close to our home. I married my best friend on July 26, 2007 at Flowerfield, and we went to Hawaii for our Honeymoon. It was awesome. Everything about Hawaii is amazing. We bought our home in Stony Brook in 2006. Since then I have been gutting and redoing the house one room at a time. It's 100% done on the outside, and about 75% done on the inside. Life has been pretty good to me. I'm a very happy guy.
