Chris's Story
I'm an English professor at a small liberal arts university in Seattle. I have been up here in the PNW ever since UCLA/Cal days -- so, basically, that means I've been living way too long in the cold, gray rain. ;-)
My husband dragged me here when Boeing was recruiting him out of grad school. And, all kidding aside, we've actually been quite happy in Seattle although we also make sure we get back home to the Bay Area as often as possible, too. Our two kids...Expand for more
are now grown and married, too -- and -- slightly unbelievably -- we also have two amazing grandchildren.
How time flies....
And I wish I could join you at the actual reunion but, alas, the date conflicts with my return from a study abroad trip (taking some students to Ireland) so I won't be able to join you in person after all. Give my best to everyone, though, and feel free to keep in touch. It would be great to see folks when I'm back in Walnut Creek.
