Life
Hmmm well this could certainly take a lot of time to write, but I'll keep it short. Since high school, I went immediately to Pierce College for a little less than two years. I left before I got my Associate's degree so I could attend DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond (a video game design/engineering school supported by Nintendo). That didn't work out once I realized I didn't want to attend school and labs for 13 hours per day.
After that (I was 20), I didn't want to move back home so I got a job at a health club in Bellevue called the PRO Sports Club worki...Expand for more
ng at the front desk. Not too glamorous but I wanted a free gym membership. I worked my way up through the company while studying IT (Information Technology) through ongoing classes or on my own. I advanced into a customer service management position, then into the IT department, then into IT management. I stayed with the company for almost 10 years.
I recently left the PRO Sports Club and now work for MSNBC.com as a Systems Engineer. I couldn't be much happier with my career. Well, unless I was a superstar DJ.... but that will have to be elaborated upon another time.
