Chris's Story
Life
We have four beautiful girls, (yes, I said FOUR :-) 13, 11, 8 & 7. The older two and the younger two bicker almost constantly, but the have their occassional good days.
We also have a 7 yr old yellow lab, 3 yr old Golden, 1 year old cocker, and some sort of cat. These are my only boys.
We've recently moved from Jacksonville (Orange Park) to Hayesville, NC (aka, the sticks). Since I work out of the house, I can live anywhere; only thing that stinks is the 2.5 hour drive to the ATL airport. And apart from the fa...Expand for more
ct that we have a well, a septic and no weekly garbage service, oh, and the closest "big store" is the Wal-Mart 30 minutes away in Murphy, NC... it IS much nicer. It's quiet at night, not nearly the amount of crime (course there's only 9,800 peopl in the whole county, and MUCH less than that in the town limits).
It IS a GREAT place to live! I'm happy we're here. Oh, and the school (k-12) has only 1200 kids, there's ONE yearbook for the all three schools, which are all one one large campus.. did I say it was great?!?
