Chris's Story
Life
Let's see now. After graduating I spent 5 years in the Marine Corps as a mechanic on Humvees. During that time in the Marine Corps I deployed over sea's twice for six months, as well as another six months for Operation Iraqi Freedom. I reached the rank of Sergeant and was in charge of the Battalions rolling stock for the war. Since getting out of the Corps in 2003, I took a year off to rest, relax and play hard. nic for an independent Rail Road company in North Portland until 2006. In April 2006 I joined U A Local 290 Plumbers and Steamfitters as an apprentice. I work during the day and attend class 2 nights a week. I still live in Tigard and have a dog. In my spare time I like to fish, hunt, be outdoors, ride Motorcycles, play with the dog, and generally be outdoors. I keep in touch with a few friends from school but most of us have gone on to do our own things in life.
