Chris's Story
A lot has happened since I graduated from high school. I went to college at the University of Kentucky and graduated in 1984 (wow, seems like only yesterday, but here it is 25 years ago!) and got a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, I worked for 1.5 years for Norfolk Southern starting out as a management trainee. Lived in beautiful Roanoke, VA and then got moved to not-so-beautiful Portsmouth, OH. Ended up getting married and moving back to the area while getting a job at Wright-Patterson AFB. Having been living in Springboro and working at WPAFB ever since. my job (India twice, United Kingdom including London twice, Hawaii once and DC more times than I can count). I have a pretty cool job and have moved on back into management (after starting in management right out of college). I also got my M.S. in Engineering Mgt from U. of Dayton and worked on another Masters at the University of Houston - Clear Lake, Texas.
I have two wonderful kids that are now teenagers and active in swimming year round (Wash Twp Sharks and Dunsinane summer team. Starting to swim on High School team). Son is also running cross country for the Jr High. Daughter is also active in band and plays flute.
