Workplace
After playing around in the restaurant industry in Seattle for many years, I took a big leap intothe unknown. I flew to St Thomas, USVI with my (now) fiance and strted work as a wine steward/maitre d'hotel at a high end restaurant.
As the season ended I took a job as Assistant Wine Director at a Liquor Distributor. Three and a half years later, I was tiring of the island life when I got a lead for a job in Florida. I flew up to interview ...Expand for more

After getting my offer letter at ICG, a major food broker in the Southeast, I promptly gave notice on Sept. 10, 2001. Great timing! After getting reassurances on the twelfth that my position in Florida was safe, we sold almost everything at giveaway prices and started over in Florida.
Now we own a nice home with two Great Danes and an island cat named Meursault. We plan to marry in July of 2004. Eight years together was enough. LOL.
