Chris's Story
Life
Life has taken many strange turns since high school. I married a wonderful man when I was 21. Unfortunately that didn't last. While I was single (29 to 38) I lived life to its fullest. Fulfilled one of my lifes dreams during this time and formed a band. Became the lead singer and played keyboard. Lasted about 2 years. Had to break it up because of a stalker. Moved to Lansing when I was 35 due to my job. Finally had a son when I was 38. Way too late to start a family, but I wouldn't trade him for the world. Married at 39. Finally got my Bachelor Degree at 40. Still married. Our son is now 19 and out of high school trying to figure out life. He has a great interest in music too. Fa...Expand for more
ntastic guitar player. I'm retired from GM after 37 years. I still live in Lansing. I take care of my son's girlfriends daughter several days a week. I've given up music myself but now paint, draw, sew, quilt, and scrapbook. I taught sewing for a while. Very little I regret in life. Wish I would have kept in touch with friends from high school.
I remember very little about high school. I didn't get involved in a lot of activities because I was involved in the co-op program and my parents wouldn't let me go to after-school activities. I was involved a bit in the theatre program and radio broadcasting. Hope someone from high school remembers me and can remind me of what I did there.
