Christina's Story
Life
I attended South Hills until 1985. I wasn't much into the whole school thing and ended up leaving to work but did graduate in 1986 from Tri-Community Adult School. When my grandmother was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer we moved to the Palm Springs area where she owned a restuarant. That is when I met my husband. We met through my sister and his friend, just started out as friends as they were dating. I was pregnant with my daughter and wasn't looking for anyone. (Life is a surprise...You never know how things will turn out.) When we were married everyone was sure we would never make 5 years... and here we are, just celebrated our 19th anniversary!

o my pageant girl... past Young Miss Palm Springs (1999) and Miss Desert Hot Springs Talent (2006), among other titles.
Our son, Michael, is 18 years old. He basically likes dirtbike riding and just hanging out with his friends and his girlfriend when he is not working, he works at Ralph's, his newest thing is tattoos and already has 6. They aren't perfect but what teenager is?!
Work...
My husband has his own company. He is a tile and mable contractor. It is definatley a lot of hard work but it is also very rewarding.
I am an Administrative Assistant for an attorney in Palm Springs and a director for 5 beauty pageants.
Update 2/11/10.... going to be a grandma twice over. My daughter is due in June and my son's girlfriend is due in July. I think they planned this : )
