I think everyone knew I grew up on a farm. After graduation I joined the Marines. After getting injured, I found out I was expecting a child. My husband at the time told me I had to be discharged. Being young, and stupid, I got out and became a housewife. I divorced him about a year later. I remarried and had 2 more children. 15 years we were married LOL.
I am now retired over 20 years now. I have survived lung cancer, and am almost 9 years cancer free, and it goes without saying cigarette free. Kind of brings things into focus when the doc says you have stage 4 lung cancer, we are operating next week.
So now I am doing what I want, and I have no responsibilities here what so ever. That is my story, and I'm stickin to it.
