Christina's Story
Well, I think my old friends would remember me as shy, nice, smart, very studious, a good listener and an overall sweet person. I was always marching in that God awful uniform rain or shine, hot or cold, playing the flute. I do not miss that at all! Anyway, after high school I went to Cowley and transferred to Southwestern college and graduated in May 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I got married in April 1999 and have since divorced. Oh well, at least I got two beautiful kids out of the nightmare. My daughter Courtenie is 7 years old and my son Dylan is 6. My son has autism but he is the sweetest little boy and has come such a long way in the last year. He is talk...Expand for more
ing so much and is speaking in full sentences! I couldn't be prouder. Since July of 2007, the kids and I have been living in Antioch, California. It is about 30 minutes from San Francisco. I am currently doing home health care for clients in the Concord area. I have to say I miss Kansas because home is where the heart is and I miss my loved ones. I am looking forward to catching up with old friends. Can't wait to hear from everyone:)
In 2009, I gave birth to a beautiful little girl named Destiny. She is 9 years old.
Courtenie is 18 now, and going to UC Chico, majoring in Criminal Justice. Dylan is 17, and a Junior in High School. Both are doing awesome. Destiny is in 3rd grade.
