Christine's Story
I have been married to my husband, Ken, for almost 22 years. Remember my wedding in December of 88--my Speech team made my wedding so special with their participation. I have one son, John, who is 21(Oct. 7). He is a senior at Santa Clara University. I have one daughter, Kendra, 19 (August 8) who is a sophomore at Concordia University. moved from Catholic schools to public schools in 1999 when my husband became permanently disabled. My favorite subject to teach now is AVID--I have helped 42 kids go to a four year college. This program changes lives! I turned 50 in February of 2009 and I still believe in making a difference in the lives of young people. God has blessed me richly!
