Christine's Story
Life
I married my High School sweetheart one year after graduation. We had two daughters and then decided at the age of 27 to go to college full time. We both graduated from ISU. I got a degree in Elementary Education and my husband in Management Information Systems. We then had 3 more children. Our oldest daughter is 22, our next daughter is 17, our next daughter is 10 our son is 7 and our youngest daughter is 2. We also have a 2 year...Expand for more
old grandson. I currently do in-home childcare and pre-school in Ames. I coached our daughters in softball for a long time, but they eventually got too good for me to coach, and the 9 year old would rather play soccer. I am our 9 year old's Girl Scout leader. Our son is into everything, football being his favorite, and I leave the coaching up to his dad! I also love to re-decorate our house, which tends to drive my husband nuts! LOL!
